The 2026–2028 Supreme Assembly Incentive Program encourages you to inspire others, strengthen your ritual knowledge, share your story, serve your communities and help our organization grow.
Participants can earn:

Lighthouse tac pins through ritual knowledge and speaking

Anchor tac pins by helping Rainbow grow

Heart tac pins by sharing IORG with others

Color buttons for completing service hours
The program begins TODAY, and continues through May 31, 2028. Participation is free for Rainbow Girls, with a $7 program fee for adult workers. A special incentive program is also available for Rainbow Pledges and Pledge adult workers! Which award will you work toward first?
